How does Trove identify items?
Take a few clear photos of your item and tap Identify. Trove's AI analyzes the
photos and returns the item's likely name, age, origin, rarity, an estimated
resale value, a typical thrift-store price, what to look for, and creative
repurposing ideas.

Are the prices exact?
No. Prices are AI estimates based on typical resale data and are meant as a
guide, not a guarantee. Always use your own judgment before buying or selling.

How do I find thrift stores near me?
Open Find Stores and allow location access. Trove shows secondhand shops nearby
with ratings, hours, and reviews, and can build a visit plan with stops along
your route.

What is Trove Pro?
Trove Pro unlocks unlimited item identifications and AI "See it" repurpose
renderings. The free version includes a limited number of identifications each
month. Trove Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription with a 3-day
free trial.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel anytime in
Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone.

How do I delete my account or data?
Email matthewbrickhaus@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will
delete your account and associated data.
